Matthew Vita grew up in Bristol, Pennsylvania. He trained to be an artist after being encouraged by his father to “Go and do what you want.” His work has included drawing, graphic design, photography, and web design. He is a photographer who is in demand at Gallaudet to record sports events, meetings, shows, and festivals. Matthew also helps train photography assistants so they can become skilled enough for assignments on campus. He has designed the web page for USA Team Handball, as well as being their graphic designer and photographer, plus being a professional photographer for Asian fashion models. As the owner of Xita Productions, Matthew provides portraits, fashion or special request photography. He is presently engaged in bringing together photographers from other states in projects to provide inspiration to others in the field. Matthew is an avid traveler, especially to Asia, and an artist always seeking inspiration in various mediums. Matthew is responsible for the conceot of emphasizing "film" in sign language in the website banners. He is also the photographer for the "About Us" page. |
